Their answer governs; ours does not.

Rules change, and they change quickly

Fees, income thresholds, required documents, office hours, eligibility conditions and application procedures in Korea are revised frequently and sometimes at short notice. An article is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown on it. We revise articles when we learn a rule has changed, but there will be periods when a page is behind the current rule. Always check the date on the article and the linked official source.
